This pick, a Walleye Run Malted Rye, comes in at 125.9 proof, with tasting notes below: NOSE: Sugary frosting, light pepperery spiced donut. Strawberry shortcake. Sams Club Grape. Raspberry Candy. PALATE: Mixed skittles into a salty, rye-like spice. Like trail mix without nuts. FINISH: Medium. Salted caramel ice cream. Spiced gum drops. Straight rye goodness.
